The BUtK-project is a pilot project for new / future European member states.

It provides assistance in switching to energy-efficient lighting and thus helps to significantly save energy and costs to support Europe in meeting its Kyoto targets starting at a local level (from the bottom up!). The project helps the cities to select the right partners (energy providers, contractors). It is a model project for other European states.
